eFrontDesk is a product of  Washington Web World Inc. It is an iPad based application that allows all types of healthcare practices e.g. Urgent Care Clinics, Family Practices, Internists' offices and all Specialists to offer their patients a simple and rapid way to self register using an iPad or any touch pad tablet computer. The data entered by the patient is wirelessly transmitted to the eFrontDesk Dashboard thus completing the registration process automatically.  No alteration in your usual workflow is required.

In addition to the registration, the patient's insurance eligibility verification is done automatically during check-in process. By the time the patient brings the tablet to your reception window, the receptionist already knows if the patient really is eligible to claim coverage from his / her insurance company, the co-pay amount and whether there is any deductible amount left unmet to-date.
